An original watercolor of Brillobox, the two-floor bar and live music venue on the Bloomfield / Lower Lawrenceville line.

One of a kind (not a print), framed and ready to hang. Brillobox is named for Andy Warhol's Brillo Box, a nod to the Pittsburgh-born pop artist, and the inside leans all the way in. On the climb up the stairs to the venue you pass the tomato soup cans, and the walls around the stage are ringed with the red circles from the Brillo box design.

I painted this before a night watching Christine, Lillie Gazer's band, and Andre Costello play the upstairs stage. A great show in a great venue.
